How to Delete Your Data

If you connected your account to Adiuvo through Facebook Login or any third-party service and want your data removed, you can request deletion using any of the methods below.

Option 1: Email Request

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

Option 2: Account Settings

If you have an active Adiuvo account, you can log in to your dashboard and navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account to initiate deletion of your account and all associated data.

Option 3: Contact Form

Use our contact form and select “Data Deletion” as the subject.

What Gets Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove:

• Your account profile and login credentials
• Any data received from Facebook or other connected platforms
• Stored preferences and settings
• Analytics and usage data associated with your account

Processing Time

Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been removed. Some data may be retained where required by law (e.g., financial transaction records for tax compliance).

Facebook Data

If you logged in via Facebook, you can also remove Adiuvo's access to your data from your Facebook App Settings. This will revoke Adiuvo's access, and we will delete any stored Facebook data upon our next cleanup cycle or upon your explicit request.
