AI Store Operations

ADI reads your store, drafts the work, and waits for your approval.

The AI agent built into Adiuvo Commerce answers questions from your live sales, orders, and inventory — and when it acts, every send, publish, and charge lands as a draft that a human approves. On desktop and mobile, strictly within your own permissions.

What ADI Sees

One unified view of the whole store.

ADI reads live store metrics across every channel — no exports, no dashboards to stitch together. You ask; it answers from what is actually happening right now.

Sales & revenue

Live totals, period comparisons, and trend summaries — “how did the weekend sale do?” answered in seconds.

Orders & inventory

Order statuses, stock levels, and what is about to run out — one cross-channel view, online and in person.

Alerts

Low inventory, unusual order activity, operational issues — surfaced before you go looking for them.

Plain-English answers

No report builder, no query language. Ask the question the way you would ask a store manager.

Ask in Plain English

Talk to your store like you'd talk to a manager.

No SQL, no report builder, no waiting until Monday. These are the kinds of exchanges store owners have with ADI every day.

ADI, how did the weekend sale do?

Weekend revenue was up against the prior weekend, driven by your two discounted best-sellers. Full breakdown by product and channel attached — and three items from the sale are now below their reorder point.

What should I reorder this week?

Four products are trending toward stock-out within ten days at current velocity. Here is the list, ranked by revenue at risk, with current on-hand counts.

Draft a promotion for the slow movers.

Drafted: a limited-time discount on your five slowest products, with suggested copy and dates. It is saved as a draft — review and approve it to publish.

Summarize my best-sellers this month.

Your top ten by revenue and by units, compared to last month, with the two products that broke into the top ten for the first time flagged.

Draft-Gated by Design

Every action is a draft until a human says go.

This is the headline, not the footnote. ADI acts through guarded MCP tools, and every send, publish, and charge lands as a draft waiting for approval. An AI that can read everything but ship nothing on its own is an AI you can actually put in charge of chores.

01

ADI drafts

A promotion, an email, a listing change — created through guarded MCP tools and saved as a draft. Nothing executes.

02

You review

Every draft shows exactly what will happen: what sends, what publishes, what charges. Edit it, redraft it, or discard it.

03

You approve

Only an explicit human approval ships the action — and only within your own account permissions.

Your permissions are the ceiling

ADI acts strictly within the signed-in user's own permissions. It can never do something you couldn't do yourself — no escalation, no shared service account, no exceptions.

Wherever You Are

At the desk or at the counter.

Store questions don't wait for office hours. ADI is available on desktop and mobile, so the answer — and the approval — travels with you.

Desktop

Deep-dive sessions: month-end summaries, inventory planning, drafting the next promotion side-by-side with your live numbers.

Mobile

A low-inventory alert at the market, a weekend sales check from the couch, a draft approved from the checkout line. Done.

FAQ

Common questions.

No — and this is by design. Every action ADI takes through its guarded MCP tools lands as a draft: a promotion draft, an email draft, a listing draft. Nothing sends, publishes, or charges until a human reviews and approves it. ADI accelerates the work; you keep the authority.

ADI reads live store metrics through a unified cross-channel view: sales and revenue, orders and their statuses, inventory levels, and operational alerts. Ask it how the weekend sale performed or what your best-sellers were this month, and it answers from your real data — not a stale export.

Strictly yours. ADI acts within the signed-in user’s own permissions — nothing more. If your role can’t issue refunds, neither can ADI on your behalf. There is no super-user backdoor and no privilege escalation through the agent.

It stays a draft. You can discard it, edit it yourself, or tell ADI what to change and have it redraft. Rejected drafts never execute — there is no timeout that auto-approves and no queue that ships without you.

Yes. ADI is available on desktop and mobile, so a low-inventory alert or a weekend sales question can be handled from your phone — including reviewing and approving drafts on the go.

ADI is the agent for the whole Adiuvo platform. If you also run Adiuvo Mail, LeadFlow, or HeatMap, ADI reads across them in one unified view — so “how did the weekend sale do?” can cover the campaign that drove it, not just the orders it produced.

ADI works with your Commerce subscription — a flat monthly fee in CAD, with Adiuvo taking 0% of your sales. The entry Personal plan (Solo) includes a 7-day free trial so you can put ADI to work on your real store data before committing.
