Your store isn't an island. It's the convert layer of one operating layer.
Adiuvo Commerce shares contacts, consent, attribution, and events natively with Adiuvo Mail, HeatMap, LeadFlow, and ADI. Not ten apps from ten vendors glued together — one platform where a campaign click, a store visit, and a sale are the same record.
Ten apps. Ten vendors. Zero shared data.
A typical multi-app store runs an email app, an analytics app, a CRM app, a reviews app, an upsell app — each from a different vendor, each holding its own copy of your customers, none of them talking to each other. You pay for the apps, then you pay again in silos.
The app-store way
- Email app with its own contact list
- Analytics app with its own tracking
- CRM app with its own customer records
- Each vendor bills you separately
- Consent records scattered across ten databases
- Attribution stitched together with pixels — if at all
The Adiuvo way
- One customer record shared across every product
- One consent trail — collected once, honoured everywhere
- One event stream: orders, carts, clicks, sessions
- Revenue attribution built into the platform
- One AI agent that sees the whole picture
- One Canadian vendor, flat CAD pricing
Four products that already know your store.
These aren't connectors you configure. They're products built on the same platform, reading the same records, live today.
Adiuvo Mail
Email that knows what sold
- Order events flow straight into Mail — no webhooks to wire up
- Abandoned carts trigger recovery email sequences automatically
- Customers sync into your contact list with consent status intact
- The am_cid token ties every campaign click to the sale it produced
HeatMap
Behavior, connected to revenue
- See how visitors move through your store before they buy
- Behavior-to-purchase funnels: which paths convert, which stall
- Spot the product page where shoppers hesitate — then fix it
LeadFlow
Lead to customer, one timeline
- A lead captured months ago becomes a customer — and you can see the whole journey
- Pipeline stages carry through to first purchase and beyond
- No re-keying contacts between a CRM and a store that never met
ADI
The AI agent that operates it
- Reads live sales, orders, inventory, and alerts across the platform
- Drafts promotions, summaries, and responses on request
- Every action is draft-gated — a human approves before anything ships
From campaign click to closed sale. One token.
When a customer clicks a link in an Adiuvo Mail campaign, that link carries an am_cid token. Commerce stores it at checkout and ties the sale back to the exact campaign that drove it. No pixels, no third-party attribution vendor — it works because both products share one platform.
Campaign click
A customer clicks a product link in your email campaign. The am_cid token rides along.
Checkout
Commerce records the token with the order — automatically, on every attributed sale.
Revenue report
Adiuvo Mail shows revenue per campaign: which email made money, in dollars, not opens.
Capture. Nurture. Convert. Measure. Re-engage.
Most stores lose the thread between the first visit and the tenth order. On Adiuvo, the whole loop runs on one customer record.
Capture
ReflectForms and popups on any site turn visitors into contacts — spam-filtered, consent recorded.
Nurture
LeadFlow + Adiuvo MailLeads move through your pipeline while email sequences keep them warm.
Convert
CommerceThe same contact checks out in your store. One record, no duplicate.
Measure
HeatMap + attributionSession behavior and am_cid attribution show exactly what drove the sale.
Re-engage
Adiuvo MailOrder history powers the next campaign — and the loop starts again.
Common questions.
No. Commerce is a complete store on its own — products, checkout, orders, inventory, POS. The ecosystem integrations are there when you want them: connect Adiuvo Mail and abandoned-cart recovery lights up, connect HeatMap and behavior-to-purchase funnels appear. Nothing is required, everything is native when you add it.
Commerce emits order events — order placed, cart abandoned, customer created — that Adiuvo Mail consumes directly. Customers sync into your Mail contact list with their consent status intact, abandoned carts trigger recovery sequences, and campaign links carry an am_cid token so that when a click turns into a sale, the revenue is attributed back to the exact campaign that drove it.
When someone clicks a link in an Adiuvo Mail campaign, the link carries an am_cid identifier. Commerce stores it when that visitor checks out, tying the sale to the specific campaign click. That gives you revenue-per-campaign reporting without tracking pixels or a third-party attribution vendor — it works because both products live on the same platform.
No. Each product is its own flat-CAD subscription, and the connections between them are included. There are no connector fees, no per-event charges, and no “integration tier” — if you subscribe to two Adiuvo products, they talk to each other.
No. ADI can read your store — sales, orders, inventory, alerts — but every action it takes lands as a draft that a human must approve. Nothing sends, publishes, or charges on its own, and ADI only ever acts within the signed-in user’s own permissions.
Third-party apps come from separate vendors. Each keeps its own copy of your contacts, its own consent records, and its own analytics — and each bills you separately. Adiuvo products share one customer record, one consent trail, and one event stream natively, because they were built as one operating layer, not stitched together through an app store.
Adiuvo is a Canadian company based in Ontario. All prices across every product are in CAD, and Commerce charges a flat monthly fee — Adiuvo takes 0% of your sales.
One store. One operating layer.
Flat monthly fee, 0% of your sales, and an ecosystem that already knows your customers.
