Using Your Dashboard

Your dashboard is the control center for everything. This guide shows you how to navigate it, manage your products, and find the data you need.

Dashboard overview

When you log in, you see your main dashboard. It shows a card for every product you are subscribed to, along with your current plan and usage.

Click on any product card to open that product's dashboard. Each product has its own navigation, settings, and data.

Products you have not subscribed to appear as greyed-out cards. Click on them to learn more or start a trial.

Product dashboards

Inside each product, you will see a sidebar or top navigation with tabs. These vary by product but usually include a main dashboard, a list view, settings, and reports.

The main dashboard for each product shows key stats and recent activity. This is a good place to check in each morning.

Use the navigation to switch between different parts of the product. For example, in Reflect you can switch between Sites, Injections, Submissions, and Reports.

Managing your account

Your account settings are separate from product settings. Look for your profile icon in the top right.

From your account, you can update your name, email, password, and notification preferences.

Billing is managed per product. Each product has its own subscription that you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel independently.

Managing your team

Products on agency plans let you invite team members. Go to the Team tab inside the product dashboard.

Each team member gets their own login. You can set roles to control what they can see and do.

Team members are managed per product. Someone on your Reflect team does not automatically get access to your LeadFlow account.

Bookmark your dashboard URL so you can get back to it quickly.

If a product card says "Subscribe" instead of showing data, you need to pick a plan first.

Each product has its own documentation tab inside its dashboard for product-specific help.

Common questions

Can I use the dashboard on my phone?

Yes. The dashboard works on any screen size. Open it in your phone browser just like on a computer.

Why do I see "No data yet" on a product?

This means the product has not received any data from your site yet. Make sure the script tag is installed and your site has had at least one visitor.

Can I give a client access to just one product?

Yes. Team access is managed per product. You can invite someone to one product without giving them access to others.
