Billing & Plans

Everything about your subscription — how plans work, how to upgrade, and how to manage your payments. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

How plans work

Each product has its own set of plans. Personal plans are for individuals. Agency plans are for teams that manage multiple sites or clients.

Personal plans usually come in Solo, Growth, and Pro tiers. Agency plans come in Starter, Professional, Business, and Enterprise tiers.

Higher tiers give you more sites, more features, more team members, and higher usage limits. Enterprise plans are custom — contact us for pricing.

Free trials

Starter-level plans include a 7-day free trial. No credit card needed.

You can cancel at any time during the trial and you will not be charged.

When the trial ends, you can choose to subscribe or your access will pause until you pick a plan.

Upgrading your plan

You can upgrade at any time from the product dashboard or from the pricing page on our website.

When you upgrade, the price difference is applied right away. You start getting the new features immediately.

You can also switch between monthly and yearly billing. Yearly plans save you money.

Payments

We accept all major credit cards. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

You are billed monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you chose.

You can update your payment method from your account settings in the dashboard.

Cancelling

You can cancel any product subscription from your dashboard at any time.

By default, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access until then. You can also choose to cancel immediately.

Your data is never deleted when you cancel. All your sites, settings, and history stay in your account. If you resubscribe later, everything is right where you left it.

Common questions

Can I get a refund?

Monthly plans do not offer partial-month refunds — you keep access until the end of your billing period. Annual plans can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase or renewal, minus any AI credits or metered services already used. After 14 days, the annual fee is non-refundable. Email [email protected] within the 14-day window to request a refund. Free trial cancellations are never charged.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or schools?

Yes. Contact us with details about your organization and we will set up a discounted plan.

Can I pay yearly instead of monthly?

Yes. You can choose monthly or yearly billing when you subscribe, and switch at any time from your billing settings.
