This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of all Adiuvo products and services. By using Adiuvo, you agree to comply with this policy.
Prohibited uses
You may not use Adiuvo products to:
- Distribute malware, phishing content, or deceptive material
- Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam)
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to Adiuvo systems or other users' accounts
- Use AI features to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates intellectual property rights
- Circumvent usage limits, rate limiting, or security controls
- Resell access to Adiuvo products without a valid partner agreement
Content responsibility
You are responsible for all content you deploy, inject, or distribute through Adiuvo products. This includes SEO metadata, form content, banners, and any material served via Reflect or other injection tools.
Resource usage
Your usage must remain within the limits of your subscription plan. Automated systems that artificially inflate usage metrics, API calls, or AI credit consumption are prohibited.
Enforcement
Adiuvo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. We will provide notice when possible, but may act immediately in cases of security threats or legal obligations.
