How often is my site checked?
At the interval your plan includes. The plan cards list the check frequency for each plan.
What counts as down?
No response, an unexpected status code, a timeout, or a page that shows a common database or application error.
Will it tell me if my contact form stops working?
No. It checks that pages respond. It does not submit forms or test checkouts.
Can I pause alerts for maintenance?
Yes. Set a maintenance window and alerts are silenced while it runs.
