This page makes a live API call to our backend health endpoint every 60 seconds. That endpoint tests database connectivity and cache availability. All products run on the same infrastructure, so if the API is healthy, all products are operational. Payments and email depend on third-party services (Stripe and SMTP) — their status is derived from API health.
Our commitment to uptime
We monitor every service around the clock. Our systems run health checks every 60 seconds. SSL certificates are checked twice daily. If something goes wrong, our team is alerted immediately.
During scheduled maintenance, we suppress alerts and exclude downtime from availability calculations. We always try to schedule maintenance during low-traffic hours.

How does this page work?
This page runs a live health check against the Adiuvo API every 60 seconds. It tests the database, cache, and API connectivity. All products run on the same infrastructure, so if the API is healthy, all products are operational.
What does "Degraded Performance" mean?
Part of the infrastructure is not responding normally. The service may still work, but you could see slower load times or intermittent errors. We are aware and working on it.
Why does a service show "Outage"?
The health check could not confirm that the service is working. This may be a temporary network issue or a real problem. If it persists for more than a few minutes, our team has been alerted.
What should I do if something seems broken?
If a service shows "Operational" but you are experiencing issues, the problem may be specific to your account or region. Contact us and we will investigate.
