If your website, enquiries and follow-up are the centre, and selling is one part of it, Adiuvo with ADI keeps those jobs in one connected workspace on the site you already have. Each platform includes its assistant with its plans.

- You want to keep your current website and add forms, banners and popups to it.
- Enquiries should arrive as leads you can score, follow up and book, without adding a separate CRM.

How the Adiuvo side handles one enquiry today, step by step.
- A visitor sends an enquiryThey fill in a Reflect form on your current website.
- It becomes a leadReflect screens it for spam, emails it to you, and creates a lead in LeadFlow, or updates the lead if the address is already there.
- ADI prepares the follow-upAsk ADI to rescore your leads and draft a reply to each new one. Rescoring asks for your approval, and the drafts appear in the chat for you to read and edit.
- You decideSending opens an approval prompt in ADI that names the action. Approve, edit the draft first, or decline and send it yourself later.
Enquiries go to the LeadFlow workspace chosen in Reflect’s site settings, or to your only auto-capture workspace if none is chosen. Scoring and sequences need LeadFlow on a plan that includes them.

Pricing assumptions and costs outside the subscription
- Not equivalent
- The Adiuvo totals include lead records, scoring and sequences but run on your existing site. The Shopify totals include store hosting but no CRM app. That is why no difference is shown.
- Apps
- Shopify App Store CRM apps are priced by each developer and are not included.
- AI
- ADI and Sidekick are both included with their plans and are given no dollar value here. A cloud model in ADI is billed by its provider on your own account; a local model through Ollama runs on your computer.
- Card processing
- Commerce uses your own Stripe account: 2.9% + CA$0.30 online and 2.7% + CA$0.05 in person for Canadian cards. Shopify Payments on Basic: 2.8% + CA$0.30 online and 2.6% in person, with a 2% fee when you use another provider.
- Hardware
- A Stripe BBPOS WisePad 3 reader is CA$79, one time. Shopify sells its own readers; their prices were not compared.
- Shopify Email charges by messages sent; its allowance was not verified for this page.
What setup looks like.
Adiuvo with ADI
- Add the Reflect script to your current site, then build your forms.
- In Reflect’s site settings, choose the LeadFlow workspace that receives enquiries if you have more than one.
- Install ADI Desktop, sign in, and choose a local or cloud engine.
- To sell: connect your Stripe account in Commerce, add products, and set up the counter.
Shopify with Sidekick
- Create a Shopify store and choose a theme, or add Buy Buttons to your current site.
- Install Shopify Forms, and a CRM app if you need a lead pipeline.
- Open Sidekick in the Shopify admin or the mobile app. There is nothing else to install.
- To sell at a counter: install Shopify POS, and add POS Pro per location for staff roles.
A few useful answers.
Does ADI replace Shopify?
No. Shopify is a commerce platform with its own assistant. Adiuvo with ADI is a set of business tools, with an assistant across them, that works on the website you already have. Which fits depends on whether selling or enquiries are the centre of your business.
Can I use both?
Yes, as separate subscriptions. We do not combine their prices, and this page does not claim an integration between them.
How are ADI and Sidekick priced?
Both are included with their platform’s plans, so we do not put a price on either. Compare the plans you would need for your business instead.
Do the Shopify prices update automatically?
No. They were read from Shopify’s official pages on the date shown and do not update. Adiuvo prices come from our current plan list.
