Put ADI to work with your tools.
Ask by voice or text. ADI prepares the work across your connected tools, and you approve what happens next.
One request. A clear next step.
Explore an enquiry follow-up example, from the request to the proposed action and its result.

ADI prepares. You decide.
- Looks things up
- Ask about leads, orders, campaigns, posts or forms. ADI reads them in your connected Adiuvo products and tools without asking each time.
- Shows you changes to approve
- Before ADI edits a lead, publishes a post or sends an email, it shows a card that names the action, with Approve and Reject, unless you have delegated that task to ADI. Today that approval step works with Anthropic and the built-in local model.
- Keeps a record
- ADI logs what it did, and a spending cap stops cloud AI use at the limit you set.

Good to know: automations you set up yourself run on their schedule without asking each time, and command-line engines such as Claude CLI use their own tools, outside ADI’s approval step. Commerce doesn’t let ADI take payments or issue refunds; those stay with your team.
Choose where the AI runs.
Use a cloud AI account you connect, a local model on your own computer, or a model server your business runs.
- A model on your computer
- Choose the built-in engine and ADI installs Ollama and downloads a model for you. With no cloud AI account added, the model runs on your computer.
- Or your own model server
- Connect a model server your business runs, at an OpenAI-compatible address.
- Masks common details
- With a cloud API engine, ADI can mask details such as API keys, labelled passwords, card numbers, email addresses and phone numbers in your chat messages before they’re sent. You choose which rules are on.
- Encrypted database
- ADI encrypts its main local database. Voice transcription and speech can run on your computer once their models are downloaded.
Masking is pattern-based. It doesn’t cover attachments, files the model reads through tools, or command-line engines such as Claude CLI.
Start with one job.
Three steps from here to a first task you can review.
Download ADI Desktop
- Get ADIIncluded with any Adiuvo product plan, trials too, for as long as the plan is active. You can also get ADI on its own.
- Set up ADI DesktopADI is a desktop app for macOS (Apple silicon) and Windows; an earlier Linux beta is also available. Connect the tools you use, such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or Slack, by signing in from ADI. Some connections need a one-time setup and not every application is supported, so ask us about yours. Then choose a local model through Ollama on your own computer, a model server your business runs, or a cloud model with your own Anthropic, OpenAI or Google account, billed by that provider. Already use ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini? Import a summary of what it knows about you; ADI tries to leave out lines that look like passwords or keys.
- Start with one taskPick a job you already do each week. Ask for it, then review what ADI prepares.
What ADI looks up and asks to change in each product
| Product | ADI looks up | With your approval each time |
|---|---|---|
| Commerce | Stores, products, categories, orders and your dashboard | Add, change or delete products, categories and orders; change store settings, including publishing the store |
| Adiuvo Mail | Your campaigns and contacts | Submit, schedule and send a campaign, which still passes Mail’s own review before it can launch |
| LeadFlow | Leads, reminders and search | Add, update, score or delete leads; set reminders; draft and send a follow-up email |
| Reflect | Forms, banners, popups, submissions and A/B variants | Create, change or delete forms, banners and popups, put them live, and declare an A/B test winner |
| SEO & Social Pro | Posts, accounts, connections and reviews | Create, schedule, publish or delete posts; generate images |
With Anthropic or the built-in local model, each prompt names the action, and that action runs only once you approve it. Stopping a reply does not close a prompt that is already open, so answer or decline it. Automations you set up yourself are the exception: they run on their schedule without asking each time.

What the demo shows
- The ADI dashboard, with activity from five connected products.
- A request: “Prepare a weekly summary for Northstar Studio.”
- ADI brings in the Weekly Performance Report template and the connected products.
- A three-line summary on activity, follow-up and what needs attention, ready for your review.
AI engines in this demo
- Dashboard
- Qwen 3 8B through Ollama, marked “Working locally”
- Automations
- Claude CLI with Claude Sonnet 5, marked “Cloud engine”
- Your choice
- A local model through Ollama, or a cloud model through your own Anthropic, OpenAI or Google account
The two screens were captured with different engines. A CLI engine runs through the provider’s own command-line tool, signed in with your account. Some engines can chat but cannot use your connected tools. Third-party names are trademarks of their owners.
